Although Paris is most commonly known as the most romantic city in the world, the magic in the city of lights is that it’s home to many types of love stories. It has not been nor will it ever be simply limited to romantic love. Those corner cafes, the narrow streets, and courtyards that make up Paris echo with the memories of couples, friends, and families alike. 

This week we want to share a very special story in this magical city. From a small town in Cuba, Yesy came to the United States as a single teenage mom, she dreamt of traveling the world next to her daughter and worked days and nights to make her dreams come true. For Samantha’s sweet 15 she decided this would be the moment to hold her daughters hand and see the world for the first time.

Paris was the third city on their European adventure and we had the honored to capture this magical moment. Experiencing the splendor of Paris and it’s iconic places such as the Eiffel Tower with the first person with whom you were ever bonded, and who you ever loved, is a gift. The kind of gift that only travel truly can give you; the chance to view the world with one another, by each other’s side, and through one another’s perspectives.
